Expert Jury of 27th Kotor Festival of Theatre for Children
Kotor Festival of Theatre for Children will celebrate its 27th edition. Theatre Program will be held from July 1-12, 2019. The audience will have an opportunity to see and enjoy professional performances of various genres for both children and youth. Expert Jury of 27th Kotor Festival of Theatre for Children, whose members are dr Ana Tasić, Morana Dolenc and Mirko Radonjić, will award the best performers.
dr Ana Tasić, teathrologist, theatre critic
She completed her elementary studies at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade in 2002 (Department for Theatre and Radio Production). In 2008, she obtained her MA degree in the field of theatre studies at the Belgrade Faculty of Dramatic Arts and in 2012 her doctoral degree at the same faculty.
She was a selector of numerous theatre festivals, both national and international, a member of many theatre juries, moderator and/or participant of an array of international discussions, workshops, symposiums and conferences from the field of theatre studies. She published two books, theatre studies, Open Wounds (Body and Physicality in New Brutal Drama and Theatre) (Institute for Theatre, Film, Radio and Television, 2009) and Digital Doubles (Theatre in World of Film) (Sterija Theatre, 2015). Since July 2005, she has been a theatre critic for a daily paper Politika. She won the Sterija Award for Theatre Criticism (2015) and Niko Garone Award for special contribution in the field of media and culture (2016). Since March 2017, she has been working as editor of cultural and arts program of Radio-Television of Serbia. |
MORANA DOLENC, theatrologist and theatre director
Graduated from the Université de la Sorbonne Nouvelle, Paris III (3 Licenses, Etudes thaéâtrales) in Paris, In February 2008, France. Before that she graduated from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Arts de la Marionette in Charleville-Mezieres, France, in June 2005.
Since 2008 she performed and directed in various theatres in Croatia, France and Slovenia and participated in numerous humanitarian projects. From 2009 till 2012 she was producer and program manager of International Puppet Theatre Festival – PIF in Zagreb. In 2013 she founded her own puppet company: Lutkarska organizacija koju fakat trebamo - LOFT (Puppet organization that we need indeed). She is winner of different prizes for her work in Croatia and Slovenia. Since 2015 she is member of Croatian Freelance Artists' Association as a theater director. She is leading various puppet workshops in Universities, schools, kindergartens and projects of Ministry of Culture. She is member of UNIMA (Union Internetionale de la Marionnette) and of ASSITEJ (International Association of Theatre for Children and Young People). ASSITEJ member since 2013 as individual ASSITEJ member since 2016 as LOFT – Puppet Organization that we need indeed UNIMA member since 2000 as individual UNIMA member since 2018 as LOFT – Puppet Organization that we need indeed Since 2017 she is member of executive board of ASSITEJ Croatia. She is now a professor at Academy of Arts in Osijek, Croatia, and is directing performances for children and adults. |
MIRKO RADONJIĆ, theatre director
He was born in 1984 in Titograd. After his painting studies, he realized that he loves theatre so he graduated in direction and started creating in theatre. He directs plays, designs sets and lighting and also deals with drama pedagogy. Theatre for children fulfils him. He is interested in exciting, current, strong and important topics. He makes plays for grownups the way he likes them, and plays for children, as his son Jagoš likes them. As a solo artist, he gives public speeches on problems and opportunities for theatre in Montenegro, mainly through his work.
He won awards before, but this is his first time as a jury member. He will be living in a house in a village called Viđenje, spend his summers in Stoliv and attend the Kotor Festival of Theatre for Children. |
