Another year that will be marked by the most wonderful summer festival in Europe, and certainly more widely still. Traditionally, from July 1 - 12, Kotor Festival of Theatre for children brings together all the theater viewers and connoisseurs, both big and small, and takes them to an unforgettable adventure through the town of Kotor.
This year, our mission is to, besides Kotor, Europe, world, universe, conquer the Moon, with our imagination, and on this trip, City Theatre Podgorica and Cultural Centre Tivat will join us.
This is a story from the 18th century, when pirates were terrorizing the sea. They were true bandits, attacking ships with great sailors. A brave boy Miljan confronts a dangerous and terrifying pirate Ali-Kosa who captured beautiful Jelena. In this adventure, full of funny and witty escapades, but also scary and dangerous ones, we learn a lot about love, the one towards the others and towards family. Sea adventure followed by numerous songs and choreographies is an exciting family journey, a joy for children and adults. Therefore, my friends, bring your parents and join us on our great sea adventure! It is directed by Milan Karadžić, dramaturgy is done by Aleksandra Glovacki, and the performers are: Pavle Popović, Goran Slavić, Miloš Kašćelan, Jelena Đukić, Miloš Pejović, Marija Maša Labudović, Dubravka Drakić, Pavle Ilić, Sanja Popović, Branko Ilić, Marija Đurić, Jelena Simić, Katarina Krek, Branka Femić-Šćekić, Omar Bajramspahić, Ivan Kašćelan, Vladana Mišević, Mia Kuč, Dušica Rovčanin, Stefanija Brčić, Đorđa Čolo, Borjana Obrenović, Jelena Knežević, Aleksa Balević, Filip Petrović, Antonio Grgurović, Nikola Mrvaljević, Mirko Ognjanović.
Dear friends, what adventures and bold endeavours will the boy Miljan go through in these 85 minutes, you can see on Wednesday, July 3, at 9:30 p.m. at the Summer Stage in Kotor. The play is intended for children of 8 years and above, and for all of those in the mood for a great adventure.
