With great pride and delight we announce that Kotor Festival of Theatre for Children received the EFFE LABEL 2017-2018, and thus became a part of EFFE (Europe for Festivals, Festivals for Europe) festival community, which is another confirmation of our long-time quality.
Our application was approved by the International Jury following successful evaluation by the Hub Experts on a national level. The experts recognized Festival’s contribution and impact on local, national and international level, stating that our Festival is being developed along the lines of good European practices, serves the community, brings innovative ideas and is very well organized.

EFFE – Europe for Festivals, Festivals for Europe is a result of many years of intense collaboration of European Festivals Association with the European Commission and European Parliament. The EFFE Platform is a part of active engagement in the mission of European's cultural policy development.
The first of EFFE’s initiatives is a quality label. EFFE label is given to festivals with an artistic commitment, involvement in their local communities and a European and global outlook. This important recognition elevates Kotor Festival of Theatre for Children on higher level, but also obligating us to work even harder in the future and make Kotor and Montenegro proud.
